yesterday morning with the county clerk and recorder by
the J. L. Muehlhausen Liquor company. The company
is capitalized for $10,000, $9,000 of which has been
expended in the business and $1,000 for cash. The
certificate is signed by the directors, J. L.
Muehlhausen, W. Carruthers and Charles Frey.
