MARSHALLS' SALES

I will sell before the City Hall door, corner of Marietta and Forsyth streets, on the first of Tuesday in May, 1920, for city taxes for 1919, and for permanent street improvements, tile, sewer, curb and repair assessments, the following described properties, to wit:

  Also, at same time and place, the following described property, to wit: A certain city lot in the city of Atlanta, ward 2, land lot 74, in the 14th district of Fulton county, Georgia, fronting 50 feet on the southwest corner Crew street and Jefferson street, and running back 150 feet, more or less, in a southwesterly direction, the house on said lot known as No. 505 on said street, according to street numbers, the same being improved property in the city of Atlanta, adjoining Christian.  Levied on as the property of Capital City Bottling Works to satisfy a fi. fa. in favor of the city of Atlanta against said lot and against said Capital City Soda Works for city taxes for the year 1919.  Sold for the benefit Charles E. Thomas.
