DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.--The partnership
heretofore existing between the undersigned, under the
firm of RANDALL & CO., was by mutual consent dissolved
on the 31st of October, 1843. Paris H. KEACH
having disposed of his entire interest in the concern to
his late partner, DUDLEY A. RANDALL, to whom persons
having claims against said firm will present them for
settlement, and those indebted will make payment to
either of the undersigned. DUDLEY A. RANDALL,
