ROOT BEER--Such a popping of corks as there was in our sanctum and printing-office on Tuesday, followed by copious libations of root beer, it is pleasant to witness-now and then.  The author of the entertainment was D. L. Ormsby, whose beautiful three-story wagon, drawn by four white horses, has been, for some time past, the observed of all observers.  We are certain that he must be a nice man and entitled to come in.  The beer was excellent.
