WHISKEY IN PHOENIXVILLE.-Local Option for some time has been worse than a failure in Phoenixville, but during the past week the especial champions of the Temperance cause have taken some interest in the matter, and as a consequence several parties are under arrest for selling liquor contrary to the law.  Constable James Reifsnyder, is the prosecutor, and Constable Moyer of Charleston, made the arrests, which were as follows: North Ward, Mrs. Wilkinson and Mrs. McDade; South Ward, T. P. Bowman, and Mr. Hoffman, the agent for Coxe's (sic) Porter and Ale establishment, of Norristown.
