Valuable Real Estate in West Chester,
At Private Sale.

THE subscriber being desirous of going to the City of New York, in the Spring, will sell at Private Sale, his premises in the Borough of West Chester, Chester County.  This property is beautifully situated, fronting Gay Street, and extending back to Market Street; 79 1/2 feet front, and 295 feet deep.  The improvements are a large and well-finished Brick DWELLING, three stories high, with Housedining room and kitchen attached, in the rear; a large BREW HOUSE, at which there is a good business carried on; an extensive MALT HOUSE, capable of malting 10,000 bushels of grain per season, and a MINERAL WATER ESTABLISHMENT, where there has been an extensive business done for several years.  There is, also, in the premises a convenient Stable, Carriage House and other out buildings.  The grounds are admirably arraigned for comfort and neatness, having a fine garden back, and a tasteful flower yard fronting on the main street.  Hydrant water is introduced into all the buildings, from the Borough basin, which is supplied from a spring of prime water in the vicinity of the Borough limits.
