Dissolution of Copartnership.

A DISSOLUTION OF THE FIRM OF

McCORMACK & CO.

by mutual consent from this date, Malachi McCormack has sold his stock in the manufacturing and bottling of Mineral Water, Ginger Ale, Champagne Cider, Ale, Porter, to his former partner,

EUGENE OTTENVILLE,

 who will continue at the old stand, No. 105 South Cherry street, where the best beverages can be had at all times, and orders promptly attended to.
  Mr. Ottenville wished to return his thanks for the patronages of his old customers, and, and solicits the trade of the public.
  Mr. M. McCormack, in retiring, tenders his sincere thanks to his customers and the public generally for the liberal patronage bestowed on him, and solicits a continuance of the same to his successor, who will leave nothing undone.
  Persons having claims against the firm of McCormack & Co. will please present them at once for payment, and all persons indebted to the firm will please call and pay, in order to close the accounts, and thereby save time and trouble.
