Created a new bottle dating tool using a wizard.  This should be easier for novices to use this tool as it guides them through a series of questions giving images to help to answer them.  Choices are narrowed down as each answer is given and prioritized with most likely answers presented first.  If a choice is not available, a link is provided to all possible answers.  After some initial site encryption issues, this is feature now working.
