The flattening house--a separate structure--is to be fifty feet by ninety, one story, with fire proof oven. There will also be a cutting room seventy feet by thirty, and one story high. The office, sixteen feet by twenty, is now finished, These works are for the manufacture of window glass, and will employ about sixty hands.
