Notes:
The top and bottom of this bottle are most unique. The base has an inserted square impression on the base that juts up at least half an inch. The lip is long and straight and has two "L" shaped impressions on each side. These no doubt held some sort of wire bail stopper. How this lip was applied is somewhat of a mystery as the indentations go through to the neck of the blown bottle. There are two faint seams on the lip that indicate it may have been molded and then applied to the bottle.
